The RDI also ensures expert service of diagnostic imaging equipment and client satisfaction including training, mentoring, technical support, monitoring/leading escalations, cost productivity, and building self-service capability to minimize outsourced third-party or OEM solutions. This role is Atlanta based, with limited national travel when needed.Job Duties and ResponsibilitiesDemonstrate advanced troubleshooting and technical support capability for multi-modality, multi-OEMs.Engage in service events to optimize uptime, service cost and delivery.Track record for solving problems; ability to handle difficult situations.Maintain effective communication with leadership for service escalations.
