OverviewRiveron is looking for an Associate Director to join our Technology and Innovation practice. This client facing role will interact with key leadership (CFO, Controller, etc.) and will contribute to the areas of business development and sales, practice development, and project execution.As an Associate Director, you will lead the delivery of client engagements, serving as the day-to-day point of contact for the client, guiding a team of consultants through the project lifecycle, and ensuring that high quality projects are consistently executed on time and on budget. While developing your project and people management skills, you will further augment your advisory toolkit by digging deep into client problems in real-time and delivering ongoing thought partnership. With business leaders to guide you along the way - including a dedicated performance advisor - you will contribute to developing the practice as we continue to invest in accelerating your growth.ResponsibilitiesLead the delivery of client engagements, serving as the day-to-day point of contact for the client, guiding a team of consultants through the project lifecycle, and ensuring high quality projects are delivered on time and on budget.Develop project and people management skills while delivering ongoing thought partnership and deep problem solving for clients.Collaborate with business leaders and contribute to practice development and growth initiatives within the Technology and Innovation practice.QualificationsBachelor's degree, preferably in Accounting, Finance, or Management Information Systems (MIS)7+ years of implementation or optimization experience and prior experience with architecting ERP solutions on NetSuiteLeading or supporting full-cycle NetSuite ImplementationsExperience gathering business requirements and effectively implementing an ERP, CRM, & PSA solutionMastery of Microsoft Office ProductsConsulting experience in other business applications including QuickBooks, Intacct, , Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, SAP, and/or PeopleSoft is a plusSaaS or Cloud experience is a plusCertified NetSuite ERP consultant is a plusAbility to develop, grow and sustain client relationshipsEntrepreneurial spirit and a solution-oriented mindsetAbility to work in dynamic environmentsAbility to craft and deliver verbal, written, and oral messages and make recommendations to various audiences, including client leadership and internal teamsDesire to participate in Riveron culture and internal initiativesPassionate about best practices and challenging unnecessary customization by configuring the platformThe expected pay range for this position is $120,000 - $210,000 (exclusive of bonus, equity, or benefits for which this role may be eligible).
