Base pay range $130,000.00/yr - $170,000.00/yr A leading global investment firm with approximately $504 billion in assets under management is seeking an Assistant Vice President for their Financial Planning & Analysis team. This role will focus on advancing the firm's finance transformation agenda through strategic finance initiatives. Job Responsibilities Partner with Business COOs and other functional leaders to develop business case analyses and investment narratives Support the adoption of project-based budgeting by coordinating program intake and evaluating funding allocations Translate the impact of strategic programs into future BAU budgets and workforce plans Work with Program Managers and Business COOs to align funding, resources, and milestones within forward-looking plans Connect contractual and investment decisions with forward-looking planning Partner with Procurement to incorporate standardized savings frameworks into business cases Lead foundational projects that expand the firm’s strategic planning capabilities Champion change management by engaging senior stakeholders and driving communications Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business management, or related discipline; advanced degree a plus 7+ years of experience in FP&A, business management, corporate strategy, or related finance roles Proven ability to partner with senior business leaders to develop business cases Strong background in financial modeling, investment analysis, and strategic planning Familiarity with project-based budgeting, workforce planning, and vendor strategy Demonstrated success leading cross-functional initiatives with Finance, Technology, Procurement, and business partners Excellent communication and influencing skills Strong project management capability with a track record of delivering transformation initiatives Compensation: Salary: $130,000 – $170,000, Plus Bonus Seniority level Director Employment type Full-time Job function Administrative Industries Staffing and Recruiting #J-18808-Ljbffr
