By centralizing this process, they enable faster and more cost-effective hires - turning months of hiring into days.Role: Partner SuccessAs Partner Success, you’ll be the front line for their recruiter ecosystem, ensuring every recruiter who joins Paraform is onboarded smoothly, gets answers fast, and feels supported as they grow their business on the platform. You’ll own the day-to-day success of thousands of recruiters, ensuring they stay productive, satisfied, and delivering great outcomes.Responsibilities (selected)Onboard recruiters to the Paraform platform and provide ongoing support to ensure productive adoption.Respond to inquiries promptly and act as the primary point of contact for recruiter partners.Monitor recruiter performance and satisfaction, escalating issues as needed.Collaborate with internal teams to resolve escalations and optimize the partner experience.Basic Qualifications1 - 4 years of experience in customer success, account management, operations, or consulting at a fast-growing startup or high-performance organization.Customer-facing experience with end-to-end partner/client relationships (e.g., CSMs in FinTech, SMB SaaS customer success, or marketplace account management).Startup experience from Series A to pre-IPO.Solid academic background (top university, high GPA) or equivalent professional achievement.Strong interest in SMBs, entrepreneurship, or recruiting — motivated by helping business owners and agencies succeed.Why Join ParaformThis role offers high-volume, diverse challenges from onboarding to urgent troubleshooting, making you a versatile operator in a fast-paced environment.Funding and Partnerships$25M in funding, backed by Silicon Valley investors, positioning Paraform for rapid growth.
