This role will identify problems, define solutions, and deliver a roadmap that empowers sellers and scales their businesses across Android, iOS, Desktop Web and Mobile Web.ResponsibilitiesIdentify KPIs and create a framework for measuring seller success, productivity, and efficiencyOwn, develop, and execute a seller roadmap to launch the next generation set of tools to help sellers grow their businessesIncorporate user research and interviews into the product development processUse data analysis, user product requests, and user interviews to determine root problems and develop scalable, holistic solutionsCollaborate with business, design, engineering, and data teams to drive innovation, productivity and quality, iterating until goals are metWork on all platforms of the product: Android, iOS, Desktop Web and Mobile WebManage multiple projects and competing priorities with a can-do attitude in a fast-paced environment6-Month AccomplishmentsIdentify KPIs and create a metrics framework for measuring seller successDevelop and own the seller experience product roadmapDeliver 1-2 product features and implement 1-2 A/B testsRequirementsBS/BA required in Computer Science or a related technical field5+ years of product management experienceStrong analytics background and data-driven mindset; ability to understand key performance drivers and execute against findingsExcellent written and verbal communication skills; extremely detail orientedStrong technical architectural understanding of mobile and web productsExperience working with design and engineering teams to deliver end-to-end productsSalary Range$124,700.00 - $208,850.00Poshmark is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
