The right candidate will have deep expertise in model building and can deliver results for complex problems in different industries.Keyrus offers numerous opportunities to acquire new consulting and technical skills and a unique chance to be part of a fast-growing Practice to take your career to the next step.Responsibilities of the Solutions ArchitectFormulate and develop implementation strategy for identification of business requirements, process design and sustainable solutions for our clientsDemonstrate technical knowledge for software implementations including activities around field to field data mapping, conversion validation, system and security configuration, system integration testing, and user acceptance testingIdentify gaps in requirements, testing, or communication issues in client deliveryProvide technical instruction by actively mentoring team members through improvement of delivery of optimal solutionsServe as the software subject matter expert throughout the implementation life cycleTranslate business processes and requirements into technical requirements & design documentation, solution design, and system configurations to support customer’s desired to-be stateAssist with determining priorities, scope, timeline, goals, and key milestones for projectsCommunicate well written and orally at all levels—managerial, technical and userRequired QualificationsBackground in financial/multi-dimensional modeling, analytics or business intelligenceMinimum of 2-4 years of experience in implementing Performance Management Solutions using Anaplan, Oracle Hyperion, SAP EPM, IBM TM1/Cognos, Tableau, or similar technologiesPrior experience in a project team environment using structured methodologies for gathering business requirements, business processes, data conversions and system interfacesDemonstrated analytical and problem‑solving skillsDemonstrated organizational and prioritization skillsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Information Management and Technology, Engineering or related field and equivalent experienceQualificationsPrior experience with Consolidation/Financial Reporting, Sales Performance Management, Supply Chain, Management Reporting, or Enterprise Operational PlanningPrior experience in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) like Agile methodologiesDemonstrated working knowledge of Relational Database Management Systems (RDBMS) – SQL, ANSI SQL, MySQL, PL/SQL in Oracle, PartiQL in AWS, SASPrior experience in business development and providing sales support including contribution to RFPs and conducting demo sessions for prospective clientsAbility to work independently, manage small engagements or parts of a larger engagementFamiliarity with Sales Performance Management solutionsPrior experience with leading ETL tools (Informatica, SnapLogic, Oracle Data Integrator (ODI))Anaplan Certification such as Master Anaplanner or Anaplan Solution ArchitectMaster’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Business AdministrationAbout KEYRUS EPM AMERICASKEYRUS EPM Americas is a professional services firm focused on driving improved bottom-line profitability to our clients through actionable analytics and sustainable processes leveraging best-in-class tools and proven solutions.
