Our current GM's yearly pay range from $80,000 to $120,000 depending on results. No limit to earning potential.Team Qualifications (Requirements):5-10 years restoration construction experience5-10 years management experience5-10 years Project Management and Estimating experienceBachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Construction Engineering, or related experienceExperienced at reading, interpreting and managing financial statementsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong interpersonal skills and the ability to lead, mentor and bring a diverse group of people together to work effectivelyAbility to effectively present information in one-on-one, small or large group situations to customers, homeowners and employees in the organizationDemonstrated ability to solve problems and make prudent decisionsStrong knowledge of MS Office, RMS and XactimateIICRC CertificationsRole on the Team (Job Functions):Professionally represent the Paul Davis Restoration Values and BasicsSchedule and conduct Goal Setting and Review meetingsCoordinate and discuss financial/operational matters on a regular basis with appropriate personnelCommunicate with Chief Financial Officer/Controller concerning financial status of companyMonitor bank lines of credit, cash flow, and A/Rs for overall bank relationship statusReview and discuss sales performance with Operations Manager and Marketing ManagerReview job reports, WIP, and customer relations with Operations Manager, e.g. backlog/contracts signed but jobs not started/flow of WIP/quality control/customer complaintsDiscuss and review marketing plans and objectives with Marketing ManagerReview plans and needs of the companyCoordinate and discuss performance including financial and operational performance with all department managersReview staffing and operational changes needed by departmentsDiscuss and coordinate personnel policies, procedures and problems on an as-needed basisEnsure compliance with Franchise Agreement and Operations ManualsPerform other duties as directed by immediate supervisorSkills Desired of Team Member:Self-motivated to get resultsLoves working with clients and tradesmanEffectively schedules ahead while maintaining flexibilityThrives under high performance environmentsExcellent interpersonal skillsIs succinct and professional with written communicationEnjoys taking care of others in their time of needPaul Davis is an equal opportunity pensation: $60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per yearSince 1966, Paul Davis has been an industry leader in the areas of property damage mitigation, reconstruction and remodeling.
