OverviewWe’re building the world’s most lifelike personal AIs—and we’re looking for a Head of Marketing to tell that story to the world. As Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), you’ll define how the world understands and engages with Uare.ai and lead a product‑driven growth strategy. From launching AI personas to scaling brand presence and driving adoption across two distinct customer bases, you’ll own the strategy and execution of our entire marketing engine.This role is for a strategic, data‑driven, and creative marketing leader with experience navigating complex, multi‑audience funnels. You’ll work directly with the CEO and executive team to build brand equity, activate user growth, and develop tailored GTM strategies across pany context: Uare.ai, founded by Robert LoCascio (former CEO of LivePerson for 28 years), is an AI startup launched in May 2024 with a mission to empower people to do more with their memories. Eternos creates AI‑driven personal digital twins to preserve, share, and interact with knowledge and stories. The proprietary Human Life Model (HLM) structures conversations and story data without training client data into traditional LLMs, leveraging 3rd‑party LLMs for conversations with HLM providing structure and reasoning. The platform targets broad B2C and B2B applications and has gained traction with media coverage in outlets such as NBC, NPR, The New York Post, and CNET.Location & Type: Los Altos, CA (in‑person role); Full‑time.ResponsibilitiesOwn and evolve the company’s marketing strategy for both B2C and B2B verticalsBuild and lead a high‑performance marketing team across brand, growth, content, lifecycle, PR, and communityDrive targeted acquisition strategies for Baby Boomers/Gen X, leveraging both digital and offline tacticsDevelop demand generation programs tailored to prosumers and enterprise use casesOversee content strategy, storytelling, and educational campaigns to explain our deep tech offeringLaunch and manage performance marketing initiatives with a data‑first approachPartner cross‑functionally with product, sales, and leadership to ensure tight alignmentCultivate media relationships and thought leadership around AI, legacy, and future‑of‑work trendsRequirements10+ years of marketing leadership experience, ideally with exposure to both B2C and B2B audiences in technology‑based businessesDeep understanding of AIProven track record scaling customer acquisition, engagement, and retention across complex marketsExperience with segmented marketing, funnel optimization, and messaging strategyStrong knowledge of digital channels (search, paid social, influencer, email, SEO) and field/relationship marketingStrategic and hands‑on—you know how to execute and leadExcellent communication skills with an intuitive grasp of brand voice and narrativeDeep curiosity about AI, human legacy, storytelling, and the intersection of tech and humanityBased in or willing to relocate to Los Altos, CA (in‑person role)Bonus PointsBackground in marketing legacy products, personal storytelling tools, or life servicesExperience building marketing systems for multi‑use‑case platformsYou’ve taken a startup from zero to scale across multiple audience typesSeniority levelExecutiveEmployment typeFull‑timeJob functionMarketingIndustriesTechnology, Information and Internet #J-18808-Ljbffr
