We Love Who We Serve.SUMMARY:Under limited direction, provide pre-sales engineering, solution design, and implementation oversight for Consulting Solutions client engagements.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Serve as the highest level of technical expertise in the firm and act as a thought leader by advising clients on how to best solve complex problemsAlign with Sales and assigned internal team members to assist in creating client sales and development strategies.Attend account/sales pipeline reviews and serve as a primary contact for KCS project and opportunity related activities.Develop client sales collateral including powerpoint deck, SOW, pricing, technical scope, implementation plan, timeline, risks, issues, case studies, and best practicesProvide post-sale collaboration with Delivery Performance on the implementation of services to include team orientation, engagement set up, performance management, service level agreement compliance, service metrics, quality control, security compliance., reporting, and continuous improvement.Serves as point of escalation in resolving complex client issues directly related to service delivery commitments.Develop and adhere to the department and practice playbooks including tools, processes, and procedures to actively monitor and represent practice metrics to stakeholders.Track success metrics of engagements.Continually identify and recommend improvements to become more productive and scalable, and participate in client QBR’s (quarterly business reviews).Support the administration, networking, relationship management and coaching of key consultants in the Principle Consultant Program.Assist in supporting Kforce Consulting Solutions branding and marketing by partner with Practice Leaders to write and post original content, attend events, develop case studies and project successes.Create personas, screen candidates, and make hiring decisions related to the billable consultants that will deliver solutions to our clientsMaintain current information on trends and best practices within relevant technical, functional, and industry within the practice area(s)Create and deliver technical demos, proof of concepts to demonstrate solutions during the sales process or during project managementSUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:NoneKEY SUCCESS INDICATORS/ATTRIBUTES:Demonstrate strong leadership, mentoring, and interpersonal skills.Demonstrate excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills.Ability to read and write complex contracts such as SOWsDemonstrate ability to adapt to a fast-changing environment.Demonstrate ability to set goals, deadlines and delivery solutions to said expectations.Demonstrate ability to maintain an environment conducive to professional growth and development.Demonstrate ability to work with a project team and other organizations for the betterment of the Firm.Build and maintain courteous and professional working relationships with associates at all levels of the organization and outside customers.Proficient in personal computer skills.Demonstrate commitment and adherence to the Firm’s commitment to integrity.Demonstrate commitment and adherence to Firm Core Values.EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:Bachelor’s degree and 10 plus years of experience required.Experience in professional services (i.e. systems integrators, management consulting, staffing) required.Former consulting or employee-based experience facilitating and managing complex business modernization, digital transformation, or agile/devops transformation solution, application development and/or managed service environments delivering services is ideal.Team or Lead experience in one of the Firm’s primary lines of business (Technology and/or Finance & Accounting) and established experience in at least one Kforce industry vertical (i.e. financial services, high tech, communications & entertainment, etc.) required.Subject matter expertise in a domain / service area aligned to Advanced Services required across a client’s digital transformation or agile transformation journey with a focus in areas such as application development, devops, agile/scrum, business intelligence, user experience, change management, journey mapping, cybersecurity, etc.).CERTIFICATES AND/OR LICENSES:Two or more in related technical domain area such as AWS Solutions Architect Professional or similarTRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:Up to 10%Kforce is an equal opportunity employer that has veterans and disabled affirmative action programs. #J-18808-Ljbffr
