Desired Skills and Experience: Background in Engineering (computing, industrial, electronic, mechatronic) or university degree plus 6 years of business/technical experience. Experience in the Consumer Goods sector, Personal Product Industry, and other diverse industries. Strong SAP MM consulting experience with a solid understanding of IM, MM, and WM modules; Manufacturing Certification (preferably S/4HANA). Proven ability to lead, influence, and direct large, complex, cross-functional teams and projects, including interaction with senior management and stakeholders. Experience in designing, developing, and implementing corporate-wide data management strategies. Expertise in supporting Material and Manufacturing SAP solutions, ensuring best practices and methodologies. Strong analytical skills to understand business drivers across purchasing, supply chain, production, and inventory. Ability to build consensus, make decisions, and operate effectively in demanding, fast-paced environments. Experience working in large corporate environments across multiple cultures and time zones. Knowledge of emerging data structure tools and technologies for potential business application. Hands-on experience with SAP MM/IM implementation, including process analysis, configuration, testing, documentation, training, and end-user support. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to perform root cause analysis. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. Leadership qualities and strong team collaboration skills.
