Our world-class team has grown to over 140+ talented individuals across Asia, Canada, Europe, and the US all focused on transforming private market transactions.We are looking for a Digitization Consultant at Anduin, who will be part of a team responsible for strategizing the client’s digitization plan and pursuing greater client engagement in using Anduin product suite.The Digitization Consultant will work with Account Executives (AE), Implementation Managers (IM) and Relationship Managers (RM) as a strategic partner and lead connector to the Digitization team. The Digitization Consultant will also partner with internal Product and Engineering teams to strategize on the client’s digital transformation.Location: East Coast (Washington, D.C/ NYC/ Boston/ Philadelphia) In order to access client hubs easilyJob responsibilities:Deep understanding of Anduin products as the account-level Digitization StrategistAlign with and advise the clients on Anduin’s best practicesAct as an escalation point for clients in case of urgent need or off-procedure requestsDiscover and expand new use cases for digitizationLeverage the Digitization Service team to provide advice and timely support to clientsLiaise with relevant teams to strategize on client engagement and service offeringActive in the digitization space to improve digitization efficiency and capacityAlign with the company and team goals, and adapt to changes in technology and processesAdditional duties may be added, appropriate to the skills and abilities of the employeeJob Qualifications:3-4 years of experience in consultancy, or customer success, or account managementKnowledge and experience in the Private Markets, Legal Tech or Financial Tech industriesLogical thinking with good analytical & problem-solving skillsExceptional communication skillsResponsive and personable for both internal and external requestsAbility to document and troubleshoot errorsAgility and willingness to learn and adapt to technologyGood track of records with time & task managementBoth independent thinker and engaged team member #J-18808-Ljbffr
