In 2015, Beratung opened the Global Business Services Center in Warsaw to provide best-in-class internal support to leadership and consulting teams across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.The role offers an exciting opportunity for a financially savvy and operations-oriented individual to help drive and lead RTN’s Business Performance framework. As a Business Performance Manager, you will be part of the global Business Development and Technology team, working closely with the broader RTN leadership during this strategic transformation.Based in the Bain GBS Center in Warsaw, you will be a key link between RTN Leadership, regional operations, consulting, and internal business functions like finance and technology services.You will play a vital role in developing and expanding RTN globally, ensuring its financial and budgeting frameworks are prepared for transformation. You will manage relationships with internal Bain finance and talent partners, as well as external finance teams, coordinating across offices to ensure successful implementation.ResponsibilitiesOwn RTN’s business performance frameworkManage monthly and annual financial accounting, including cost and revenue recognitionOversee annual financial planning and forecasting, including budgetingLead a team of financial coordinators and serve as an escalation point for financial process issuesDevelop analytical capabilities for RTN, providing leadership and regional teams with data-driven insights (e.g., pricing engines, KPI dashboards)RequirementsUniversity degree in finance, economics, business administration, or related fieldExperience managing the annual budgeting process and financial forecastsExtensive experience in finance departments managing business performance/FP&A activitiesAbility to develop complex financial models, forecast performance, and analyze data for trends and opportunitiesExperience managing teams and engaging with senior stakeholders across regionsStrong organizational, prioritization, and time management skillsWhat makes us a great place to workWe are proud to be recognized as one of the world’s best places to work, championing diversity and social responsibility.
