The successful candidate will be responsible for raising equity for our Evergreen Fund and other projects, as well as managing investor relations. This position offers a great opportunity to join an experienced team of dedicated professionals operating in a highly successful environment and offers close partner and client interaction.The Capital Markets team is dedicated to generating substantial returns for our investors through investment in high performing real estate assets. The Vice President of Business Development will play a critical role in our team by strategizing and executing fund-raising initiatives to support our real estate investment objectives. This individual will develop and maintain relationships with investors, presenting investment opportunities, and managing the overall fundraising process for our real estate fund. Other responsibilities include but are not limited to:Fundraising and Investor Relations: Lead fundraising efforts to secure capital for our Evergreen Fund as well as other real estate investments. Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential investors, including institutional investors, family offices, and high-net-worth individuals.Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategies for raising pliance and Regulation: Ensure all fundraising activities comply with relevant legal and regulatory requirements. Coordinate with legal advisors to prepare and review fund documentation and investor munication: Regularly communicate with investors to provide updates on fund performance, investment opportunities, and market insights.What You Will BringBachelor’s in Business, Finance, Economics and/or related disciplinesA minimum of five years of progressive experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of raising equity for real estate projects, Private Equity or Placement AgentsProven exceptional written and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with investorsAdvanced skills within MS Office Suite, particularly MS ExcelAbility to work in a highly collaborative environmentAbility to mentor, train, and lead a team respectfullyAbility to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization existsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make sound business decisionsA deep understanding of the real estate industry, with a focus on hospitalityFamiliarity with managing a network of Limited Partners relationshipsExcellent grasp of alternative asset classesAbility to wear multiple hats, perform well under pressure, and self-initiateAcute attention to accuracy and detailHighly motivated individual with demonstrated initiative, independence, and adaptabilityExtensive experience with Microsoft PowerPoint and ExcelTrack record of raising funds from global investors; ideally demonstrating experience in raising $1bnThis role will be based in the USGreat If You HaveA network of Sovereign Wealth Funds, Endowment Funds, and Pension Funds to bring to the businessExperience as executives from top tier investment funds is preferred; however, investment banking professionals or placement agents can be consideredWe provide equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibit discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity, or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state, or local laws.This policy applies to all terms and conditions of employment including recruiting, hiring, placement, promotion, termination, layoff, recall, transfer, leaves of absence, compensation, and training.Pacific Hospitality Group, Irvine, California, United States of America #J-18808-Ljbffr
