OverviewJob Summary: Our client is seeking a Sales Consulting Professional to join their team! This position is located in Hartford and New Haven, Connecticut; San Francisco, California; Charlotte, North Carolina; and Tampa, FloridaResponsibilitiesSecure contracts with multi-family and multi-tenant property owners, developers, and builders to expand company's wired and wireless servicesNegotiate Premise Access Licenses and Marketing Agreements to allow company access and marketing rights in residential and business propertiesPresent and position company's suite of services to prospective clients and gain preferred or exclusive marketing accessCollaborate with company's Account Management and Network teams to evaluate and place equipment in targeted propertiesConduct face-to-face meetings with high-value prospects to propose service placement and marketing rightsDevelop new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and relationship-building effortsSupport both local and regional business development needsPerform needs assessments to understand client pain points and align company's wired/wireless solutions accordinglyIdentify key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders within prospect accountsBuild and maintain prospect relationships through regular follow-up and engagementMaintain accurate records in the sales database, logging communications and attaching relevant documentsPrepare and analyze sales pipeline reports and dashboardsManage sales funnel to achieve unit targetsPosition company as the preferred provider by establishing strong customer relationshipsNegotiate long-term agreements, including exclusive marketing or bulk service dealsUnderstand the competitive landscape and communicate company's technical advantages in a consultative mannerWork closely with local Network Engineering teams to identify and pursue new construction opportunitiesSplit time between field visits, on-site with prospects/clients, and administrative work from homeQualificationsBachelor's degree or 4+ years of relevant work experience4+ years of B2B sales experienceKnowledge of fiber and wireless-based telecommunicationsReliable personal transportation and a valid driver’s licenseWillingness to travel up to 75% within the local marketProficiency in using databases and Google SuiteBenefitsMedical, Dental, & Vision Insurance PlansEmployee-Owned Profit Sharing (ESOP)401K offeredCompensationThe approximate pay range for this position is between $28.00 and $40.00.
