Join our Environment and Health department as a Principal in San Diego, CA, and help grow our local office. Candidates with a background in site investigation, remediation, due diligence, compliance, or air quality are ideal.As a Principal, you will support clients with various environmental issues, bringing your consulting and business development skills to deliver innovative, sustainable solutions. You will act as a trusted advisor, providing technical and business guidance, and managing projects related to contaminated media, real estate redevelopment, hazardous waste sites, and compliance. The role involves generating business to support firm growth, managing all project phases, and mentoring future leaders.Your key responsibilities include:Identifying and pursuing business opportunities and building client relationships;Managing projects, clients, staff, and regulatory relations;Reviewing project needs and relevant environmental regulations;Overseeing project delivery, including site visits and review of deliverables; andEnsuring health, safety, and security standards.You will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to solving clients’ problems and creating sustainable solutions.
