Through a positive mindset and a team of more than 70 professionals in an international team.About the roleThe purpose of the Manufacturing Engineer is to identify problems and potential problems as opportunities to improve product production, using good judgment.Manufacturing and QualityFollow all setup procedures and work instructions as documentedManage and control production ordersSupport Quality Control and Manufacturing teams in audit preparationsInvestigate non-conformances and implement corrective actionsComplete all quality checks as documented; adjust and re-produce products as needed to ensure accurate, damage-free products for customersEnsure assembled products meet quality standardsOperate in an ISO 13485 environment (or GMP)Apply analytical decision-making approachesTake ownership of work and make informed decisionsCommunicate effectively on design issues with colleagues, customers, and suppliersThis role is hands-on, highly technical, and requires understanding how your work impacts the bigger pictureAbout youSkills and ExperienceA degree in Manufacturing Engineering or a similar technical disciplineExperience with automated processes in pharmaceutical, medical device, or food industries is highly valuedStrong written and verbal communication skills and good listening skillsProficiency in Mandarin is highly regardedA mindset focused on continuous improvement and process/workflow enhancementUnderstanding of systems engineering and product integration processes is beneficialHighly organized with strong attention to detailKnowledge of GMP, ISO 13485, and/or ISO 9001 standardsComputer skills: Microsoft Office (including PowerPoint & Project), CAD software (SolidWorks, Creo/Pro-e), FEA softwareUnderstanding of manufacturing processes: injection moulding, sheet metal fabrication, compression moulding, elastomers, machiningWhy IDEExceptional mentoring programs for career developmentFlexible working optionsEmployee Assistance ProgramCross-Functional Team environmentGlobal company presenceSocial activitiesReady to join the team?If you are ready to be challenged but fulfilled, with the right skills, experience, and attitude, a unique opportunity in a life-changing product development company awaits. #J-18808-Ljbffr
