Reporting to the General Manager, the Engineering Manager (EM) is a key member of the management team. The EM supervises staff engineers, construction inspectors, and oversees the Development Department, which includes a lead, permit specialist, development coordinator, and a customer service representative.The EM is responsible for a variety of advanced technical and professional engineering tasks, including planning, analysis, design, and management.
