Join us at Qualitest!We are looking for a Senior Data Integration Engineer (FME/GIS) to join our growing team in Mountain View, CA, United States!We seek a highly skilled Senior GIS Data Integration Engineer with expertise in Esri ArcGIS & FME (Feature Manipulation Engine). The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in GIS data integration and transformation. The Senior GIS Data Engineer will play a key role in optimizing geospatial workflows, ensuring data accuracy, and driving innovation in GIS processes.Responsibilities:Architect and develop advanced FME workbenches for map data transformation, analysis, and reporting.Document tools and best practices for managing FME workbench assets, including testing and distribution.Collaborate with team members, providing consultation on FME utilization in data engineering scenarios.Manage and administer internal FME Server instances and oversee the FME Flow Hosted novate and optimize FME workflows to enhance GIS data integration.Lead data quality assurance and testing procedures for FME workbenches.Develop strategies to monitor and improve FME workbench performance.Manage data system migrations, ensuring smooth transitions and integration.Must Have:Experience optimizing FME workflows for GIS data integration.Proficiency in Python scripting for automation, custom transformers, and data validation within FME workflows.Experience integrating data with systems like databases (PostGIS), cloud platforms (Google Cloud, AWS, Azure), and other applications.Nice to Have:Expertise with FME Desktop and FME Server, working with data sources like ArcGIS Online, ArcGIS Server, relational databases, files, and Cloud Stores.Practical knowledge of PythonCaller and transformers in FME development.Hands-on experience with ArcGIS products and data formats.Benefits:Support for diversity and inclusion, with over 40% women and 120 nationalities.
