Oversee and coordinate activities with trade shops, including prioritizing work, reviewing ongoing projects, inspecting installed equipment, and overseeing and coordinating work orders, service orders, and projects. Plan, c ond uct, and direct projects or major phases of significant projects and coordinate the efforts of engineers and technical support staff. Manage project design or construction efforts, including scheduling, funding, and day-to-day project oversight. Manage and evaluate construction contractor performance, integrate and coordinate projects with field personnel, evaluate, validate, and manage project change requests, and provide offi cia l weekly project status reports. Assist the client's contracting officer ( CO ) and contracting officer's technical representative ( COTR ) with acquisition planning, execution, and administration. Assist the CO and COTR with c ond ucting pre-bid and pre-construction site visits with the COTR. Provide invoice supporting information to the COTR for payment, prepare and monitor project schedules, assist with budget s, provide technical guidance and assistance on contracting and construction issues, direct design efforts, recommend construction documents for approval, and oversee any follow-on maintenance programs. Optimize performance, cost, and schedule by ensuring project objectives are achieved on schedule and at the lowest cost compatible with user requirements. Ensure timely input of all data, comments, and documentation into the MAXIMO sof tware project management tool. Ensure the integration of all systems, including information technology, telephone, security, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing.Basic Qualifications:5+ years of experience as a facilities professional2+ years of experience in an assigned field, including high voltage power, mechanical systems, fire protection, or constructionExperience with the implementation or execution of design documentsExperience reviewing design documentation and identifying deficiencies, inaccuracies, and noncompliance issues with the design intentAbility to evaluate c ond itions and draft engineering memos that provide sound engineering guidance consistent with industry best practices and all federal, state, and local codesAbility to review and perform engineering calculationsTS / SCI clearance with polygraphHS diploma or GEDAdditional Qualifications:Experience managing project design or construction efforts, including scheduling, funding, and day-to-day project oversightExperience with MAXIMOExperience with new and existing building systems, site surveys, and calculationsKnowledge of the ASHRAE standards, International Building Code, and pertinent NFPA publications related to mechanical systemsKnowledge of CAD systems, AutoCAD, or RevitAbility to oversee and coordinate activities with the trade shops, including prioritization of work, review of ongoing projects, and inspection of installed equipmentClearance:Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information ; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is pensationAt Booz Allen, we celebrate your contributions, provide you with opportunities and choices, and support your total well-being. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,600.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
