Job Title:Sr Operations Lead (Infrastructure & Facilities)Location: North Chicago, IL– Hybrid roleMyticas direct client is seeking an experiencedSr Operations Lead (Infrastructure & Facilities)for ahybrid 12+ months contract position at North Chicago, IL.Top 5 skills/experience:Deep experience with facility solutions that require personal data compliance.Experience troubleshooting and working with device communications protocols like BACnet.Strong technical background with focus on complex desktop clients and Operating Technology systems (building automation and control, fire systems, calipation).Strong written & verbal communications skills and a bias towards good institutional knowledge.Cooperation and stakeholder relationship management – works directly with business unit clients to understand specific business processes business drivers and business strategies across multiple business units; identifies and communicates resulting needs and opportunities for business process improvement that can be enabled via technology.Job Summary:This position will be responsible for supporting facility/building technologies including traditional information technology applications, operations technology, instruments, and client-server applications.It will require hands-on work with applications, infrastructure, and networking, as well as support of GxP processes.It requires a strong knowledge of communications protocols, and the corresponding network security considerations.The role will be responsible also for creating strong institutional knowledge and work process documentation so that new team members can onboard successfully.Project-wise, there are several required installations and upgrades of applications in our facility technology space, and this role will give the person a chance to lead and execute.They will be expected to own small/medium projects end to end and follow our system lifecycle.Experience/education and/or certifications required:At least 5 years of experience serving as a technical lead or project management on complex projects.At least 5 years of experience writing and following system life cycle documentation and knowledge base solutions.Business analysis and some project management experience itiative and self-starter that is motivated to do great work. #J-18808-Ljbffr
