This position ensures that Crusoe’s mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems are executed with precision, meeting the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. As a key leader within the organization, you will ensure the successful delivery of multiple complex projects—on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.A Day In The Life:You’ll be a part of a team delivering complex, hyperscale AI Data CentersSupervise on-site construction activities for both direct hires and subcontractors, ensuring projects meet specifications, schedules, and quality standards.Ensure that all MEP systems are installed on time, within budget, and in compliance with building codesPerform inspections on materials, equipment, and construction/installation deliveries to ensure compliance with project requirements and approved designsDevelop and implement execution plans, including detailed schedules and logisticsConduct quality control inspections and coordinate testing and commissioning efforts.Travel as needed (up to 30%) to oversee multiple project sitesYou Will Thrive in This Role If:You have 5+ years of field experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.You possess expertise in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems and understand industry codes and standards.You excel in overseeing large-scale base building projects with multiple stakeholders, tight deadlines, and ambitious goalsYou have a knack for building strong, productive relationships with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to drive project successYou thrive in managing multiple priorities simultaneously and excel at juggling schedules, budgets, and project detailsYou are proficient in construction management software like Procore, Primavera, or similar tools, using them to streamline and enhance project workflowsYou are excited about contributing to a mission-driven company at the forefront of sustainable, AI-first cloud infrastructure and want to be part of an innovative, fast-moving teamBenefits:Industry competitive payRestricted Stock Units in a fast growing, well-funded technology companyHealth insurance package options that include HDHP and PPO, vision, and dental for you and your dependentsEmployer contributions to HSA accountsPaid Parental LeavePaid life insurance, short-term and long-term disabilityTeladoc401(k) with a 100% match up to 4% of salaryGenerous paid time off and holiday scheduleCell phone reimbursementTuition reimbursementSubscription to the Calm appMetLife LegalCompany paid commuter benefit; $200 per monthCompensation Range:Compensation will be paid in the range of $205,000 - $220,000 base salary.
