Design Engineer

We’re looking for a design engineer to own the frontend stack across multiple products, and craft new, beautiful interfaces for both the legal operations team and our customers.You might be a good fit if:You have strong engineering skills coupled with a strong creative vision and great taste.You like designing powerful user interfaces without compromising on usability or aesthetics.Have high agency, especially for independent research.Want to invent new interfaces to harness large language models.You’ve been building great products for a while. This manifests in different ways, but most of us have been shipping products for over three years.CultureLighthouse is an engineering-led company. We get to pick/veto what we build.We’re a flat org with no managers (engineering or product).We work in weekly sprints, with one meeting on Monday to check in and demos on Friday with everyone at the company. You can plan the rest of the week however you like.We spend a considerable chunk of time with users (the legal operations team, or customers) to find and pick what to build.
