Foster a high-performance, accountable culture focused on safety, quality, and efficiency.Project Execution: Oversee project scheduling, resource planning, and job site execution to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.Financial Management: Track and manage labor hours, material budgets, and change orders to maximize job profitability.Client and Contractor Relations: Build strong, trusted relationships with homeowners, builders, architects, and other trades. Represent the electrical division with professionalism and integrity.Quality Control: Maintain high standards of workmanship and ensure all work is completed in compliance with local codes and project specifications.Problem Solving: Proactively identify and resolve job site challenges. Act as the first point of escalation for technical and logistical issues.Administration & Reporting: Utilize project management tools (iPoint, Bluebeam, MS Office) for job costing, documentation, and reporting.
