This includes overseeing installations, moves, repairs, and removal of equipment and utilities, ensuring compliance with local building codes and OSHA regulations. The role involves supervising outside contractors and in-house staff, coordinating with the Capital team, and managing budgets. The ideal candidate should be a self-starter, work well with diverse teams, and adapt to changing priorities. Reports directly to the Executive Director, Venue Operations.Key Job Elements:Knowledge of electrical, HVAC, and mechanical systems.Experience with building automation systems like Metasys and Open Blue.Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.Problem-solving abilities and quick resolution skills.Supervisory and communication skills.Budget management experience.LEED recertification experience preferred.Qualifications:Technical training in plant engineering or maintenance.10+ years of maintenance experience, with 5+ years in supervisory roles.Mechanical aptitude and knowledge of electrical, HVAC, and control systems.Strong energy management and sustainability experience.Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.Adaptability to change and a customer-focused anizational and problem-solving skills.Team-oriented mindset fostering positive morale.Huntington Place / ASM Global is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer, encouraging women, minorities, individuals with disabilities, and protected veterans to apply.
