This includes overseeing installations, moves, repairs, and removal of equipment and utilities, ensuring compliance with local building codes and OSHA regulations. The role involves supervising outside contractors and in-house staff, coordinating with the Capital team, and managing budgets. The ideal candidate should be a self-starter, work well with diverse teams, and adapt to changing priorities.
