Hands-on involvement in SoC silicon bring-up, debugging, testing, and validation at the system level. International travel opportunities will be available to support different stages of development and productionMinimum QualificationsBachelors or Masters degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering2+ years of relevant industry experienceProven foundation in Electrical Engineering with excellent problem-solving skillsHands-on experience in SoC/system-level bring-up, testing, and debuggingFamiliarity with lab equipment to measure SoC power, performance, and thermal aspectsKnowledge of scripting languages like PythonInternational travel is required (approximately 10%)Preferred QualificationsMasters degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering plus 4+ years of relevant industry experience or PhD in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering with 2+ years of relevant industry experienceA passion for engineering with demonstrated initiative, creativity, and innovationExpertise in mobile SoC architecture, power, performance, and thermal characterization at the system levelFamiliarity with power management ICs (PMICs) and mobile system power delivery designKnowledge of high-speed interfaces like USB3, PCIe, MIPI, and low-speed interfaces like I2C, SPI, and GPIO, with the ability to troubleshoot and debug interface issuesStrong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teamsAt Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role.
