College Hunks Hauling Junk is the fastest-growing junk-hauling and moving franchise in America with strong brand recognition and media coverage.As a Mover – Junk Remover, you are the first point of contact for clients on the job.ResponsibilitiesBe friendly and professional with clients and everyone you encounter (smile, eye contact, small talk).Adhere to uniform standards and maintain a professional appearance and attitude.Educate clients about pricing and services and the benefits prior to providing an estimate, aiming for 110% satisfaction.Safely operate at all times and perform daily truck inspections (tire pressure, oil, equipment, etc.).Ensure the truck has enough receipts, safety equipment, and marketing material.Price jobs aggressively to meet or exceed benchmarks.Make logistical decisions about disposal, donation/recycling, job completion, packaging, loading, and on‑the‑fly marketing during downtime.Lead by example and reinforce the company’s core values; help train new hires on day‑to‑day operations and plete Daily Checklists and prevent careless or costly mistakes (damage, injuries, unhappy clients, lost equipment, etc.).Check in regularly with the direct supervisor for additional assignments and troubleshooting guidance.QualificationsMUST be eligible to work in the United States.MUST have reliable transportation to work.MUST be able to lift up to 75 pounds for an extended period of time.MUST enjoy hard work, world class customer service, and helping others.MUST want to be part of a growing organization and are excited about huge opportunity.MUST be drug and alcohol free.MUST be able to pass a federal background pensation and ApplicationExcellent earning potential including hourly pay plus tips and performance-based bonuses.
