With your inquisitiveness as a strength, you will thrive as a Program Manager in AIML because we are constantly doing things that have never been done before, and that, after all, is what makes this an amazing place to work.Minimum QualificationsExperience driving very large, complex software system development and integration.At least 5-8 years combined experience in engineering and software project leadership delivering cross-functional projects across disciplines (SW, HW, Product, Design, QA)Strong full-stack technology foundation with experience delivering products spanning across functional disciplinesExcellent track record of project management and meeting deliverablesSelf motivated and proactive with demonstrated creative and critical thinkingExceptional communication and leadership skills with the ability to win the confidence of highly skilled engineersAbility to filter and distill relevant information appropriate for audienceFlexible and calm in the face of ambiguityExcellent written and verbal communication - able to cater communications based on audienceCan influence and drive consensus on organizational priorities and engineering focus areasPreferred QualificationsBS Computer Engineering, Computer Science degree or equivalentAt Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $172,100 and $305,600, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs.
