Site Reliability Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will apply SRE principles to increase the reliability, scalability, and performance of critical enterprise applications. You will partner with cross-functional teams to ensure systems are resilient, highly available, and proactively monitored.Job Responsibilities:Practice Site Reliability Engineering mindset to solve problems via automation and simplicityPartner with architects, development leads, business partners, and fellow SREs to ensure resilient design and implementationIdentify and implement reliability and availability improvements for critical applicationsSupport production systems, perform application deployments, and respond rapidly to incidentsProactively monitor systems and review SLO/SLI metrics and runbooksImprove observability through scalable monitoring solutions and actionable alertsRecommend system health improvements and contribute to toil reduction initiativesPromote reliability principles, guidelines, and best practices across teamsFoster a learning culture through internal training and knowledge sharingParticipate in on-call rotations, including escalations during market hours and off-hoursRequired Skills:6+ years of experience in enterprise system administration or SRE roles6+ years of experience with RHEL Linux or Windows Server administrationProven track record supporting enterprise production environments aligned with DevOps/SRE frameworksStrong experience building dashboards, setting up alerts, and proactive system monitoringHands-on experience with logging/monitoring tools: AppDynamics, Splunk, Dynatrace, ThousandEyesExperience supporting applications in cloud environments such as Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Pivotal Cloud Foundry (PCF)4+ years of experience with Atlassian tools including Jira, Confluence, and BambooPreferred Skills:Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or AnsibleFamiliarity with container orchestration (Docker/Kubernetes)Scripting skills in Python, Shell, or similarExperience with CI/CD and automated deployment pipelinesExposure to financial services or trading environmentsCertifications:Cloud certification (e.g., GCP Associate Cloud Engineer or equivalent) is a plusITIL Foundation or SRE Practitioner certification is a plusEducation:Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)Email ID * This field is required Please enter valid emailId.Cell phone * This field is required Please enter valid cell phone.First Name * This field is required Please enter valid first name.Last Name * This field is required Please enter valid last name. #J-18808-Ljbffr
