You will use a deep understanding of EHR systems, healthcare IT, project management, and sof tware deployment processes. This role requires an execution-minded driver with excellent communication skills, a discipline to manage to a schedule, an ability to identify and mitigate risk, and a passion for improving healthcare through technology for our country’s veterans.You will support the VA government leads to ensure all activities to properly provision users leading up to EHRM-IO go-lives. This includes coordination between VA and the EHR system vendor leads. You will be responsible for the timeliness of the provisioning request process. You will validate data, as needed, to support the successful processing of requests, being sure to follow all processes and standard operating procedures that are in place. Further, you will ensure proper lists of users are provisioned for each event for a site.You'll apply a broad understanding of the principles of computer and information science to the advancement of healthcare, including clinical informatics. You'll have the chance to apply leading-edge principles, theories, and concepts by helping to solve unusually complex problems with highly innovative solutions.
