We are looking for a motivated, and analytical Senior Financial Planning Analyst to run the financial planning duties for the Company. As the right hand to the CFO, you will oversee the monthly forecast, the annual budget cycle and ad hoc reports working with the Executive Team.Our perfect candidate will be detail-oriented and process-driven, with an analytical eye and the ability to see the big picture. You have the drive and flexibility to thrive in our challenging environment and will have international experience.This is a hybrid position, based in the Silicon Valley. You'll work from our office Tuesday -> Thursday and work remotely on Monday and Friday.Duties/Responsibilities:Analyze business and financial data.Manage the financial budget model – P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash flow at a corporate levelCreate financial models based on analyses to support organizational decision making.Develop financial plans and reports for organizational leaders.Analyze industry trends and makes recommendations based on those trends.Evaluate capital expenditures and depreciation.Develop automated reporting and forecasting tools for more efficient use of data.Perform other related duties as assigned.Required Skills/Abilities:Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Thorough understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).Thorough understanding of methods of systems analysis and the principles, design, and procedural methods used in big data ternational and Domestic, Corporate experience handling all Financial Analyst dutiesExcellent financial modeling abilityThorough understanding of project management.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Education and Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.5 years of total professional experience as an Accountant, Auditor, or Financial Analyst2 years of experience as a Financial AnalystWe’re on a MissionIn 2005, we disrupted the life sciences industry by introducing the world’s first digital validation lifecycle management system.
