The Finance organization consists of operations and corporate finance teams. The operations finance team influences business decisions by gathering the best available operations information, distilling it and making recommendations to our management team on the best course of action. The corporate team provides a broad range of services, such as financial planning, corporate accounting, tax, industry analysis and benchmarking, internal audits, SEC reporting and merger and acquisition support.Job Description/Preferred QualificationsThe Senior Financial Analyst will Support the Division Controller for planning, forecasting and reporting of P&L with focus on Fixed cost.Partner with Division GMs and their staff to provide finance support for monthly forecasts, strategic plans, and ad hoc analysisResponsible for materials forecast and program phase exit preparation financials.Coordinate with Operations finance on proper material accounting.Headcount planning including maintaining and forecasting in Workforce PlanningSupport month-end and quarter-end close processes, preparation of financial packages and reportingSupport annual strategic planning processExtract data sets, perform analyses, build actionable reports and financial modelsPreferred Qualifications3 years minimum of experience in financial planning in a public companyExcellent communication and collaboration skillsStrong financial analytical skillsAttention to detail, quality of workStrong ability to partner and build relationships with internal clientsAbility to prioritize, multi-task, meet deadlines, perform under time pressureGreat teammate with a positive attitude and strong sense of ownershipProficient in SAP/TM1 or comparable ERP systemsMinimum QualificationsBachelors degree and 5 years' experience, or Masters degree and 3 years' experience or PhD and 0 years' experienceBase Pay Range: $100,000.00 - $170,000.00 AnnuallyPrimary Location: USA-CA-Milpitas-KLAKLA’s total rewards package for employees may also include participation in performance incentive programs and eligibility for additional benefits including but not limited to: medical, dental, vision, life, and other voluntary benefits, 401(K) including company matching, employee stock purchase program (ESPP), student debt assistance, tuition reimbursement program, development and career growth opportunities and programs, financial planning benefits, wellness benefits including an employee assistance program (EAP), paid time off and paid company holidays, and family care and bonding terns are eligible for some of the benefits listed.
