Their mission is simple: to help clients and team members reach their fullest potential—professionally and personally.What to Expect as a Tax ManagerAs a Tax Manager, you’ll serve as the key connection between firm leadership, clients, and the professional team. You’ll oversee multiple tax engagements, coordinate project flow, and support staff development while building strong client relationships.Responsibilities Include:Managing tax engagements from start to finish, including preparing complex returns and beginning to review work prepared by others.Handling billing responsibilities and monitoring engagement budgets and municating directly with clients—offering recommendations, addressing technical matters, and participating in proposal preparation and presentations.Staying up to date on tax law developments and understanding their implications for clients. You’ll be expected to perform research, document findings, and occasionally lead educational sessions internally or with clients.Leading with a balance of efficiency and quality. You’ll delegate appropriately, clearly communicate expectations to staff, and ensure work is delivered on time and within budget.Providing thoughtful feedback and participating in performance reviews for staff and seniors.Who You AreThis firm believes people are its greatest asset and is committed to guiding professionals in their growth.
