Today, Koch Air,haseleven branch locations,35 delivery vehicles, and more than 300,000 square feet of equipment and parts warehousing throughout the Midwest.We are seeking an experienced and strategicChief Financial Officer (CFO)to lead the accounting and financial activities of Koch Air, LLC, Koch Applied Solutions, Standard Air & Lite Corporation, and future acquisitions. The CFO will be responsible for protecting and strengthening the company’s financial foundation while supporting its continued growth and generational legacy. As a key member of the executive leadership team, the CFO will oversee all aspects of financial planning and analysis, accounting, budgeting, risk management, and strategic growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a forward-thinking leader with a strong track record of driving financial performance, supporting business objectives, supporting M&A, and ensuring fiscal integrity and regulatory compliance. This role requires exceptional analytical and communication skills, sound judgment, and the ability to influence at all levels of the organization while contributing to an engaging work environment.RESPONSIBILITIES:1. Perform all duties in accordance with Koch Air and Koch Enterprises Code of Conduct, Values, Ethics, Environmental, Safety, and Human Resources policies2. Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with the company’s goals.3. Partner with the President and the management team on key business decisions and long-term planning.4. Develop strategies with the management team to maximize growth and return on investment. This would include analysis of market conditions and plans, design of compensations plans, analysis of business processes and the development of operational strategies.5. Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.6. Ensure financial records are kept in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles and practices.7. Lead and mentor the accounting, credit, pricing, warranty and other teams as designated.8. Oversee the credit and collections team ensuring the development and enforcement of credit policies, management of customer credit risk, and optimization of accounts receivable to support healthy cash flow, minimize financial exposure, while maintaining good customer relationships.9. Oversee pricing and claiming to ensure financial accuracy, margin optimization and DOM compliance.10. Implement best-in-class systems and processes throughout the company.11. Present financial insights to the board and senior leadership.12. Manage relationships with auditors, banks and external partners.13. Provide financial leadership for M&A activities as needed.14. Perform other duties as assigned to achieve the Koch Air Strategic Plan.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:1. Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.2. Minimum 10 years of experience in accounting, including at least 5 years in a leadership role.KEY SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:1. Ability to work as part of a team with managers, team members, and a diverse group of customers.2. Ability to travel to various locations within the organization.3. Strong analytical mindset and business acumen.4. Excellent organizational, written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.5. Proficiency with ERP systems and business intelligence tools.6.
