TM AnalystDescription:Conducts target coordinate mensuration production using direct, registration, multiple image geo-positioning, and resection techniques on various target types using NGA-validated mensuration tools to support employment of kinetic weapons.Produces collateral damage estimates (CDE) and graphics using DCiDE/DIEE tools.Performs imagery research, analysis, and exploitation to support targeting operations.Assists weaponeering to meet damage criteria using approved tools and guides.Supports no-strike identifications and nominations, performs quality control, database management, and uploads products to databases.Submits collection requests to meet operational requirements.Conducts PPM production for target coordinate mensuration supporting GPS-guided munitions.Performs quality control on target products produced by others.Engages in weaponeering to achieve damage objectives using JMEM Weaponeering System or similar tools.Experience with TCM, MIDB/MARS, Google Earth, CGS, JWS, DCiDE/DIEE, and Joint Targeting Toolbox is required.Education: NGA, CCMD, or Service TMP certification; must be certified in Basic CDE Methodology or PPM by NGA or an NGA-accredited service.Preferred education includes completion of targeted courses such as Joint Targeting, Geospatial Imagery/Targeting Analyst, or Air Operation Center courses.Security Clearance:TS/SCI with CI POLY or the ability to obtain CI POLY.Job Requirements:At least 8 years of relevant analysis experience, with recent experience within the last 2 years.Desired Education:Bachelor’s degree in a related field or 12 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.Location:(JBAB) JOINT BASE ANACOSTIA-BOLLING, Washington, DC.Prescient Edge is a Veteran-Owned Small Business (VOSB) providing intelligence analysis, training, security, and RD&E support to the Department of Defense and intelligence community.
