OverviewAt PwC, our people in tax services focus on providing advice and guidance to clients on tax planning, compliance, and strategy. These individuals help businesses navigate complex tax regulations and optimise their tax positions. Those in mergers and acquisition tax at PwC will focus on providing tax advice and guidance during mergers, acquisitions, and other business transactions. Your work will involve analysing the tax implications of such transactions, developing tax structures, and assisting clients in navigating complex tax regulations to optimise tax outcomes.The OpportunityAs part of the Merger and Acquisition Tax team you are going to provide benefits through digitization, automation, and increased efficiencies. As a Manager you are going to supervise, develop, and coach teams, manage client service accounts, and drive assigned client engagement workstreams by independently solving and analyzing complex problems to develop top-quality deliverables. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
