Senior Property Accountant up to $115,000/yrA property investment and development company is looking for an experienced Senior Property Accountant to become part of their team. You will work alongside property management and finance teams in a lively, rapid-moving setting with numerous chances for career advancement.What the job offers:Compensation up to $115,000/yearBonus 10% of base salary100% employer-paid health, dental, and vision insuranceFree parking availableHybrid schedule – 3 days in office and 2 days remoteResponsibilities:Manage day-to-day accounting for propertiesPrepare monthly and quarterly financial reporting packagesOversee cash receipts and monitor outstanding receivables in coordination with property managementReview and approve invoices using Nexus (AP software)Prepare CAM (Common Area Maintenance), property tax, and utility reimbursementsAssist in budgeting, forecasting, and preparing lender and audit reporting packagesCoordinate with joint venture partners and lease administration teams to ensure financial accuracyRequired Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance5+ years of real estate accounting experienceProficiency in property management/ERP software, ideally Yardi VoyagerAdvanced skills in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with other Office toolsPreferred Qualifications:CPA is a plusExperience working with mixed-use propertiesExperience with paperless AP systems is a plusThere are no costs for candidates utilizing our services as our clients pay for all related hiring fees.
