This position will focus on optimizing fleet utilization, delivering excellent customer experience, managing compliance, and improving the profitability of the L&R department. You’ll lead a high-performing team and work cross-functionally with service, sales, and parts to ensure seamless, customer-focused operations.This candidate can be based out of any New England dealership.Lead & Drive PerformanceOversee all aspects of daily operations across multiple Lease and Rental locations within the Allegiance Trucks networkProvide hands-on leadership to ensure fleet availability, scheduling, and maintenance align with company standardsSet KPIs related to fleet utilization, turnaround time, service response, and customer satisfaction; and hold teams accountable to meet themSupport the full life cycle of Lease and Rental operations with a strong understanding of Fixed Operations (Parts and Service)Maintain a culture of continuous improvement, teamwork, and operational excellenceTurnaround Strategy & ExecutionDiagnose operational underperformance and implement swift, data-driven corrective actionsImplement workflow processes, staffing models, and process controls that drive speed, efficiency, and revenue growthRebuild a culture grounded in urgency, accountability, and a customer-first mindsetRecruit, develop, and inspire high-performing leadersMentor branch leadership teams to drive collaboration, operational consistency, and accountabilityFoster pride in representing the Allegiance brand and delivering on its promises to customersPartner with corporate departments (Parts, Service, Whole Goods, etc.) to leverage best practices and support joint initiativesCustomer & OEM RelationsStrengthen relationships with key fleet customers and OEM representativesEnsure superior service quality and responsiveness to earn loyalty and repeat businessRepresent Allegiance Trucks professionally, with integrity and solutions-oriented leadershipManage P&L responsibility for the L&R department in assigned locationsIdentify opportunities to increase margins and profitabilityOversee inventory management, expense control, and operational workflows #J-18808-Ljbffr
