We offer: Unlimited career growth and potential Reasonable work schedules with flexible hours and a great work/life balance Excellent compensation and benefits package A supportive team and firm culture If the qualifications below describe your background, please apply for confidential consideration: 7+ years of progressive tax consulting and/or compliance experience in public accounting Bachelor’s and/or Master’s Degree in Accounting Licensed CPA Excellent analytical, technical, and tax accounting skills Exceptional client service and communication skills, with the ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships Strong leadership, training, coaching, and mentoring abilities, coupled with excellent written, interpersonal, and presentation skills Experience with tax software (preferably CCH Axcess) and a willingness to learn new software quickly Ability to manage multiple projects and thrive in a fast-paced environment Customer service orientation — enjoy working with people and understanding clients’ businesses and industries As a Senior Tax Manager, your responsibilities will include: Managing the preparation of various tax returns (individual, corporate, partnership, fiduciary, tax-exempt) Preparing income tax projections involving multiple scenarios and complex analysis Leading communication with clients and other stakeholders to gather necessary information Planning and supervising the preparation of schedules and analyses for tax filings #J-18808-Ljbffr
