To that end, we provide employees with a best-in-class benefits package that includes:A competitive salary with performance bonus prehensive healthcare benefits, including medical, vision, dental, and orthodontia coverage.A substantial retirement plan with no vesting schedule.Career development opportunities, including on-the-job training, tuition reimbursement, and networking.A positive work environment where employees are respected, supported, and engaged.Sr. TM AnalystDescription:Conducts target coordinate mensuration production using direct, registration, multiple image geo-positioning, and resection techniques on various target types using NGA-validated mensuration tools to support employment of kinetic weapons.Produces collateral damage estimates (CDE) and related graphics using DCiDE/DIEE tools.Performs imagery research, analysis, and exploitation to support targeting efforts.Assists weaponeering to achieve desired damage criteria using approved tools and guides.Supports no-strike identifications, database management, and uploads TM products to databases.Submits collection requests for target material requirements to support operations.Conducts Precise Point Mensuration (PPM) for GPS-guided munitions using NGA-validated tools.Performs quality control on target products produced by others.Uses joint targeting and weaponeering systems to meet damage criteria.Demonstrates experience with TCM, MIDB/MARS, Google Earth, and proficiency with CGS, JWS, DCiDE/DIEE, and the Joint Targeting Toolbox.Requires NGA, CCMD, or Service TMP certification, and NGA or NGA-accredited Service certification in Basic CDE Methodology or PPM.Preferred education includes completion of the Joint Targeting course, Geospatial Imagery/Targeting Analyst course, or the Air Operation Center Course.Security Clearance:TS/SCI clearance with CI POLY or the ability to obtain CI POLY.Job Requirements:Minimum 12 years of relevant experience, with recent experience within the last 2 years.Desired Education:Master’s Degree in a related field from an accredited institution, or a Bachelor’s Degree plus 5 years of additional related experience for a total of 17 years.Location:(JBAB) Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling, Washington, DC.Prescient Edge is a Veteran-Owned Small Business (VOSB) founded in 2008, providing intelligence analysis, training, security, and R&D support to the DoD and intelligence community.
