The Nation’s Largest Contractor School & Bookstore, The Exam Pros, is expanding and we’re looking for a hands-on Director of Real Estate Education to lead the charge. If you're passionate about real estate education and ready to build something from the ground up, this is your opportunity to make a real impact.What You’ll Do:· Set up and structure our real estate education program from scratch· Design curriculum for pre-licensing and continuing education courses· Lead and teach classes—especially evenings and weekends initially· Recruit, hire, train, and manage part-time instructors as the team grows· Ensure compliance with state and national real estate education standardsWhat You Bring:· Proven experience teaching or managing real estate education· Strong organizational and leadership skills· Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a HUGE PLUS· A roll-up-your-sleeves attitude—you're building this from the ground up· Willingness to work flexible hours until the instructor team is in place· Must be available to work 100% in-officeWhy Join The Exam Pros?We’re a fast-growing company with a bold mission: to raise the standard of real estate education across the country.
