The successful candidate will play a critical role in strategic decision-making and operations related to budget management, cost-benefit analysis, forecasting, securing new funding, and financial reporting.You will be responsible for managing all financial actions of the organization, establishing credibility, and becoming a trusted business partner with the senior leadership team. The CFO oversees a team and manages all aspects of accounting, finance, budgeting, and contracts. The role involves collaboration on financial planning, supporting program leadership, and maintaining relationships with funding agencies and vendors.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field required; CPA or MBA preferred; minimum 5 years in a relevant senior leadership roleStrong knowledge of GAAP and regulatory compliance, with proven ability to manage complex organizational accounting, finance, and administrative functionsExperience with budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and reporting, with a track record of setting priorities, analytical thinking, problem-solving, and sound decision-makingDeep understanding of nonprofit financial management, including government contracts, grants, and third-party billingProven leadership and team development skillsExcellent communication, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilitiesTechnologically savvy, with experience overseeing technology staff and leveraging technology for efficiencyInterested in hearing more?
