Junior Analyst - Due Diligence (Mandarin) Fresh Grads Welcome Job Description Summary The Junior Analyst at Blue Umbrella is part of the core Due Diligence team, responsible for conducting baseline research and preparing summary reports for cases and projects. The role requires ensuring research is conducted and completed with high quality and within deadlines, working collaboratively within a team. Primary Responsibilities Conduct baseline research and prepare summary reports to support customer needs. Collect, analyze, and evaluate research information from various media, databases, and public records. Perform qualitative background research on companies and individuals per SOPs. Identify relevant risks such as PEP, sanctions, adverse media, and discrepancies. Meet customer-specific research and reporting requirements. Ensure production and quality standards are met. Work collaboratively within a team environment. Comply with applicable laws, regulations, company policies, and client requirements. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree. Proficiency in another language besides English (CEFR C1/C2 preferred). Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word, quick to learn new technologies. Ability to multitask, work independently, and collaborate effectively. Preferred Qualifications Entrepreneurial spirit. Highly collaborative, adaptable, and proactive in suggesting improvements.
