This role is ideal for someone early in their career with a strong foundation in finance and a passion for fintech innovation. You’ll play a critical role in evaluating growth opportunities and executing transactions that shape the future of our business. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and a strong communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.What You’ll DoSupport the execution of M&A transactions and other strategic initiatives, from initial diligence through to closingAssist with sourcing and evaluating venture capital opportunities for Cross River Digital VenturesConduct research and analysis on market trends, industry dynamics, and competitive landscapes to inform corporate strategyBuild and maintain detailed financial models and presentations to support investment decisionsPrepare executive-level reports, memos, and presentations for internal and external stakeholdersCollaborate with internal stakeholders across functions to support the implementation of strategic projectsRequirements1+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, management consulting, venture capital, or a similar analytical roleStrong financial modeling and valuation skills, with the ability to distill complex data into actionable insightsExcellent communication skills—both written and verbal—with the ability to present clearly to senior leadershipA proactive, adaptable mindset with strong attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environmentBachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related fieldNice to HaveExperience or strong interest in fintechInterest in emerging technologies, startups, and innovationExperience working directly with senior stakeholders or cross-functional teams#LI-JG1 #LI-Hybrid #LI-OnsiteSalary Range: $75,000.00 - $110,000.00 #J-18808-Ljbffr
