Senior Analyst, Services Strategy & Insights

Job DescriptionPrimary Function of Position:The Senior Analyst, Services Strategy & Insights, is responsible for supporting data-driven and actionable insights related to the Services business unit. They will partner with leadership across the Services business to influence strategy and decision-making through well-formulated analysis.Roles and ResponsibilitiesProactively analyze complex business problems, data, or trends for the US Services team, including groups supporting Field Services, Technical Support, Product Support, Customer Service, & Customer Success.Provide strategic, data-driven recommendations to support the broader Services team in alignment with corporate initiatives.Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and communicate/align with business partners.Develop presentation materials for the Services leadership team and support long-term strategic planning.Build reports to track strategic metrics, tactical efforts, finance initiatives, and core business KPIs.Collaborate across global functions, local operations, and various business units within and outside Services. #J-18808-Ljbffr
