This role is key to analyzing field-level financial results, collaborating with leadership to deliver business insights, and helping drive strategic decisions in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience supporting branch and production teams is required.Salary Range: $80,000–$120,000Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.Responsibilities:• Lead monthly and quarterly financial reporting focused on branch performance and production metrics• Analyze business unit results to identify trends, explain variances, and respond to stakeholder inquiries• Develop financial models, dashboards, and advanced Excel-based analyses; use BI tools such as Power BI or SQL for reporting and automation• Collaborate with branch leadership and Sales teams to ensure consistency and clarity in reporting• Identify and resolve data discrepancies and financial variances; present findings and recommended actions• Contribute to special projects such as system integrations, data migrations, and reporting enhancements• Partner cross-functionally with Accounting, BI, and Operations teams to enhance data integrity and reporting capabilities• Deliver timely, actionable insights that support field operations and business decision-makingQualifications:• 4+ years of experience in financial analysis within the financial services industry• Required experience supporting branch and production-side operations• Advanced Excel proficiency (financial modeling, pivot tables, complex formulas)• Experience with BI tools such as Power BI or similar platforms• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve data issues independently• Effective communication skills to present insights and collaborate across departments• Proactive, self-starter mindset with a focus on delivering data-driven solutionsAbout Sayva:Sayva Solutions is an accounting, finance, technology, business transformation and human resources professional services firm whose focus is on long term relationships created through teamwork and doing what is in the best interest of others.
