This global, vertically integrated real estate firm seeks a professional with experience in real estate accounting and exposure to office, residential, and industrial asset pany Information:A leading global real estate firm based in New York with over $60B AUM.Job Description:A global, vertically-integrated real estate firm with several well-known properties and projects throughout NYC and internationally.This role will report directly into the CAO, covering property-level accounting (office, retail, industrial, commercial, etc.), capital expenditure reporting, outsourced accounting teams, financial reporting, operational accounting, budgets, FP&A, and various other ad hoc responsibilities.Requirements / Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.10+ years of progressive experience in real estate accounting, with strong exposure to office, residential, and industrial asset classes.Prior experience overseeing outsourced/shared service accounting teams is required.Expertise in GAAP accounting and financial reporting for property operations and construction.Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics D365 preferredStrong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr
