MUST have IPO Experience- PMO skills for Portfolio firmInterim Chief Financial Officer (CFO) – 9-Month EngagementIPO & Capital Markets ReadinessPartner with executive leadership and external advisors to manage the S-1 process and ensure SEC readiness.Oversee financial audits and coordinate with external auditors to deliver accurate and timely reporting.Drive the development of public company processes, controls, and reporting structures.Finance Organization LeadershipAssess current finance and accounting structures; design and implement an optimal organization for scale and public company standards.Lead, mentor, and support existing finance team members.Oversee searches and onboarding for permanent finance, accounting, and related leadership roles.Program Management Office (PMO) ActivitiesProvide executive oversight across IPO workstreams, ensuring alignment between finance, legal, HR, operations, and external advisors.Monitor and report on key milestones, risks, and deliverables to the Board and executive leadership.Ensure cross-functional coordination and accountability.Strategic & Operational FinanceGuide short-term and long-term financial planning in support of corporate objectives.Strengthen cash management, forecasting, and investor-ready reporting.Support executive leadership with board materials, financial insights, and scenario modeling.Qualifications:Proven track record as a CFO or senior finance executive, ideally with IPO and public company experience.Strong background in SEC reporting, audits, capital markets, and corporate governance.Demonstrated success in building and restructuring finance organizations.Experience managing PMO activities or complex, cross-functional initiatives.Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Duration: 9 months (Interim engagement, with potential transition support to permanent leadership team). #J-18808-Ljbffr
