Treasury and Risk Manager | Senior Level | Full timeArea of Focus: Corporate Treasury Financial Risk Management team develops, leads, and executes processes to effectively manage global financial risk. This includes proactively managing financial exposures to protect earnings and cash flow from market volatility by optimizing currency hedging programs and providing risk management advice for complex contracts.The Treasury Risk Management Manager is responsible for all risk management front office trade execution activities related to the balance sheet and cash flow hedging programs.Key Responsibilities:Identify and analyze foreign exchange exposure using SAP; understand impacts on cash flow and balance sheet transactionsMonitor and assess risks associated with FX balance sheet, FX cash flow, and interest rate hedging programsExecute trades with multiple banks using third-party toolsInteract daily with external banking partnersPrepare monthly and quarterly management reportsAnalyze FX results and other income/expenses monthlyEnsure compliance with Treasury policies and internal control requirementsSupport trading activities with systems like SAP, Bloomberg, and FXAllUnderstand foreign exchange impacts of recapitalizations, dividends, or tax restructuringHave working knowledge of debt markets and related hedging programsPossess knowledge of derivatives markets and products, including FX and interest rate instrumentsMaintain thorough knowledge of Risk, Compliance, and Audit competenciesBasic Qualifications:At least 1 year of supervisory experienceAt least 5 years of corporate treasury experience, including Foreign ExchangePreferred Qualifications:Certified Treasury Professional (CTP)Proficiency in SAP, Bloomberg, FXAll, Power BIExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and advanced Excel and PowerPoint skillsStrong understanding of accounting principlesProfessional Skills:Leadership demonstrated in professional settings, military or civilianTeamwork and collaboration skillsWe accept applications continuously; no fixed deadline.Salary Range: Varies by location and experience, e.g., District of Columbia: $100,500 - $206,700Accommodation: Accenture provides reasonable accommodations for applicants with disabilities or religious needs.
