Associate, Real Estate (San Francisco)

Allen Matkins is seeking a real estate associate with 3 - 6 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions. Ideal candidates will have:Experience with real estate acquisitions and dispositions, financing, leasing, and general transactional due diligence.Excellent writing, strong organizational and analytical skills, and an interest in learning.Candidate should be able to work as part of a team, but also handle significant individual responsibilities.Major law firm experience preferred.A high level of academic achievement.Admission to the State Bar of California.This is an opportunity to work with some of the most highly regarded real estate lawyers in California on sophisticated matters.The anticipated base salary for this full-time role is $225,000 to $300,000 per year.
