Our CycleBar Experience Associate delivers the CycleBar experience and drives sales daily.Requirements:Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills requiredMust have genuine hospitality and passion for peopleGoal-oriented with an ability to achieve sales in memberships and retailAbility to learn and use the Club Ready software systemMust be fluent in English and have excellent communication skills via in person, phone, and emailMust be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlinesProficient computer skills requiredFlexibility for a non-traditional schedule including some holidays, early mornings, and weekendsPhysical Requirements:Ability and willingness to move bikes and perform minor bike maintenanceWillingness to clean CycleTheater, bathrooms, lobby, etc.Ability to lift up to 30 lbsResponsibilities:Provide top-notch service to all ridersExecute sales and hospitality processes, including first-time rider experiences, follow-ups, and closing salesMaintain personal sales production levelsCollaborate with studio management and franchise ownersParticipate in special events like health fairs, grand openings, marathons, and community eventsDevelop selling skills continuouslyMaintain brand standards and initiativesBenefits:Ride for free at any available timeWork a non-traditional scheduleAccess to the CycleBar community across studios and the corporate team #J-18808-Ljbffr
